• 2 Planning meetings included are included in rental price: an initial meeting to view site and discuss details/needs, and a final meeting 30 days prior to event. All wedding rental bookings must be prior to at least 3 months of the wedding date.
• A staff member will be on site during the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding. This person will help troubleshoot issues regarding the house, but does not help with set up or tear down of decorations.
EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES
• 50 black chairs – included in price, the parlor can only accommodate 50 seated guests.
• Cocktail area (if desired) for guests to mingle while wedding party is taking pictures. (We do not supply food or drink. You may hire a caterer to provide small desserts/appetizers, and caterer must be present during the event to set up and remove food.)
• Tours of the house may also be offered if desired for an additional fee.
• You must provide your own decorations, and volunteers to set up and tear down. The decorations cannot be attached directly to any walls. You may hang flowers around the bay window area using the nails that are already currently in place. All other decorations must stand-alone.
